Videos of Former Titans Now in Major Leagues
Former Titans playing Major League Baseball, including Vinnie Pestano of the Cleveland Indians, Mark Kotsay with the Chicago White Sox and Ricky Romero of the Toronto Blue Jays, have been interviewed about their careers and can be seen as “Titans in the Bigs.”

Dodgers to Honor Wallach Sunday
Former Titan Tim Wallach will be recognized for his induction into the College Baseball Hall of Fame in a pre-game ceremony Sunday, July 24, at Dodger Stadium.

Bloodmobile on Campus July 20
The Volunteer & Service Center is asking members of the campus community to donate blood Wednesday, July 20. The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be parked behind Titan Shops from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Arboretum Offers Yoga, Photography Programs
The Fullerton Arboretum is offering summer sessions of its Yoga in the Garden with instructor Kim Mason. Sessions are held Saturdays through July and August from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15 p.m. in July and 5:45-7:15 p.m. in August.
Campus and community members interested in learning the techniques for taking photos of flowers and wildlife are invited to sign up for a July 23 program at the Fullerton Arboretum. Cost is $25 for Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum; $30 for nonmembers. For more information on both programs, call 657-278-3407.
Arboretum Summer Hours
The Fullerton Arboretum is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the month of July, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in August and 8 a.m.-7 p.m. for the Month of September. Friday through Sundays are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

NBA Champion, CSUF Alumnus Hosts Golf Invitational Aug. 15
Three-time NBA champion and former Titan men’s basketball player Bruce Bowen hosting an Aug. 15 inaugural golf tournament to benefit the men's basketball program.
22 Titans Earn Big West Academic Honors
The women's track and field squad placed five of its members on the 2011 Big West Conference All-Academic Team for spring sports, headlining a group of almost two dozen Titan student-athletes so honored by the conference office.
Former Titans at World Cup - update
A pair of former Titan standouts met on opposite sides of the field June 27, as Karen Bardsley’s England squad and Marlene Sandoval’s Mexico side battled to a 1-1 draw in the 2011 Women’s World Cup opener for both countries in Wolfsburg, Germany.
As of July 5, Bardsley and the British team have advanced to the quarterfinals and will next play July 9 in Leverkusen, Germany.
