How Is The Money Being Spent?



BUILDING & ROAD MAINTENANCE – $1.4 MILLION

The university spent roughly $1.4 million on building and road maintenance. This includes routine maintenance of heating and cooling systems, electrical systems plumbing, painting, custodial services, auto repair, energy management contorls, etc. for both Fullerton and Irvine campuses.

 

CLASSROOM RENOVATIONS & UPGRADES – $600,000

The campus spent about $600,000 on classroom refurbishments. This includes new furniture, paint, new whiteboards, ceiling repairs, flooring, lighting improvement, etc.
