Stepping Up to the Rigors of Research
Programs offer guidance through faculty mentoring and programs offering stipends that allow students to focus on the work of science.
Specialized facilities throughout the southwest, including Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary and the Ocean Studies Institute/Southern California Marine Institute, help students gain valuable experience in fieldwork.
