Three business faculty members are developing curriculum to help Vietnamese educators teach and assess students studying towards a bachelor’s degree in e-commerce.

The trio of information systems and decision sciences faculty members — Bhushan L. Kapoor, Ofir Turel and Pawel Kalczynski — are working under a $55,000 contract with Foreign Trade University in Vietnam.

“We’re excited to be working with Foreign Trade University to offer this new program to their students. Such training will be of vital importance in the global workplace,” said Kapoor.

The Cal State Fullerton faculty members will be traveling to Vietnam this May to train their Asian counterparts in the new curriculum, course structure and assessment procedures.
