Arboretum Supper Club Kicks Off

Glimpse how food travels from earth to plate with an opportunity to dine under the stars through the Fullerton Arboretum's Supper Club. The three-session program kicks off Sept. 10 and continues Oct. 1 and Nov. 5.

Each three-course supper is sponsored in part by 5 Bar Beef and will be crafted by a local chef in various locations within the botanical garden. The meals will feature regional foods, drinks, educational tour, informal cooking instruction and seasonal recipes.

Each 6:30-8:30 p.m. session begins at the Nature Center. Cost is $55 for members for the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum and $65 for nonmembers. Proceeds will be used to support the Arboretum's educational programs.

Space is limited and reservations are required. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age. To hold a place, call 657-278-3407 no later than the Monday before each supper.
