Representatives of the Anaheim City Council and the Disney Resort will discuss the question of rezoning land located in the city’s resort area for housing during a Thursday, Nov. 1, open forum hosted by the Real Estate and Land Use Institute and the Real Estate Association.
The 6:45 p.m. forum will feature presentations followed by questions and comments from the audience and a panel of real estate experts. A representative of the League of Women Voters will serve as moderator for the discussion.
“One of the missions of th Institute is to provide a neutral forum where professionals in the field address key real estate and land use issues,” said Michael LaCour-Little, professor of finance and co-director of the university’s Real Estate and Land Use Institute. “The forum will assist our students in better understanding issues within the community.”
The forum will be held in Portola Pavilion of the Titan Student Union.
