COPH Continues Recording History

The Karcher Family/Southern California Food Visionaries and Culture Project is one of the Center for Oral and Public History’s latest works. The 41-year-old center has  made thousands of oral histories on myriad subjects from Richard Nixon to Japanese American Internment, Orange County cities, Mexican Americans and women in World War II.  The following are links to stories about a few of the center’s other activities.
