U.S. Representative Ed Royce Hosts Second Annual Women's Conference in March

What issues do women face today? Campus and community members are invited to attend the Second Annual Women's Conference hosted by Rep. Ed Royce (R - Fullerton) in conjunction with Cal State Fullerton's Women and Philanthropy Network. The March 27 morning program is free.

Keynote speaker is Lisa Ling, best known for her former role as co-host of “The View” television show and for her current roles as host of “National Geographic Explorer” and special correspondent for “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” which has featured many of Ling's investigative pieces, including a report on North Korea.

There also will be break-out sessions on “Stress Management: Achieving Work/Life Balance,” “Financial Literacy 1.0: Beginner’s Guide to Money Management,” “Financial Literacy: Make Your Retirement Work for You,” “Eating Right to Look and Feel Your Best: A Woman’s Guide to Nutrition,” and “Keeping Up with 21st-Century Digital Kids.”

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the program will conclude with the keynote address at 11:30 a.m. Activities will be held in the Titan Student Union Center.
