African Violet Show and Sale

Arboretum Hosts Event in February

The Fullerton Arboretum hosts the Tri-Counties African Violet Society Show and Sale Feb. 21 and 22. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and admission is free.

This show promises a huge selection of plants from the Gesneriad family, including African violets, florist gloxinia, lipstick and goldfish plants, cape primrose, flame violet and Cupid's bower. The sale also will include a large selection of Begonias, which are part of the Begoniaceae family.
