Continuing Learning Experience Announces 2004-05 Officers

Harold “Hal” Henry of Brea has
been elected vice president of administration of Continuing Learning
Experience (CLE), a Cal State Fullerton support group of approximately
750 retired and semiretired individuals dedicated to the pursuit
of lifelong learning.
Also newly elected to the 2004-05 board are Fullerton
residents Dave Musante, vice president of external relations, and
Charlotte Oliva, secretary. Rachel Sweet of Placentia
was voted vice president of communications, and Villa Park
resident Shirley Haefele is the new vice president of special events.
Each officer serves a two-year term, which began in May.
Continuing their terms are: Kirt Spradlin, president;
Keith Johnson, vice president of programs; Sharon Graham, vice president
of membership; Gary Bates, vice president of facilities; and Sam
Autrey, treasurer.
Newly elected trustees are: Fullerton
residents Marion McClatchy, Robert Nixon and Ruth Symonds; Bette
Henning of Brea; and Orange resident
Stalky Lehman. They join CSUF emeritus professor of management Dorothy
Heide, Virginia Holte, Victor Modiano, Betty Robertson, past-president
and CSUF emeritus professor of nursing Barbara Talento and lifetime
trustee Leo Shapiro.
