2003-04 Alumni Association Board of Directors Announced

Annette FelicianiOrange resident Annette Feliciani (B.A. business administration-finance ’80) is the new president of the Cal State Fullerton Alumni Association Board of Directors for 2003-04. She is president of AEF Systems Consulting Inc.

Joining her are: President-Elect Ed Hays (B.A. business administration-finance ’89) of West Covina, attorney; Irvine resident and Vice President of Finance/Immediate Past President Walter Kreutzen (B.A. political science ’72; M.P.A.’74), CEO of the Transportation Corridor Agencies; Vice President of Programs Albert J. Garcia (B.A. political science ’96) of Whittier, attorney for Southern California Edison; and Fullerton resident and Vice President of Membership and Marketing Bobbi Rice (B.A. communications ’82), president of B.P. Rice & Co.

Completing the board are: directors Michael A. Hefner (B.A. business administration-finance ’83; M.B.A.-finance ’88) of Newport Beach, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage; Fullerton resident Mary Louise Hlavac (B.A. business administration ’80), accounting manager of integrated defense systems at Boeing; Kathleen Marshel-Taylor (B.A. business administration-marketing ’82) of Newport Beach, senior vice president/Southern California division manager of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp.; Lakewood resident Stacy R. Mungo (B.A. political science ’03), family programs director of West County Family YMCA; Elizabeth Rutherford (B.A. economics ’69; M.B.A. ’79) of Irvine, vice president, finance for Hutton Development Co. Inc.; Placentia resident John W. Sibley (M.P.A.’75), assistant city manager of the city of Orange; Verne D. Wagner (B.A. business administration ’77) of Fullerton; and Cota de Caza resident Daniel H. Young (B.A. history ’74), group senior vice president/entitlement for the Irvine Co.

James O. Friel, chair and professor of mathematics, is the faculty representative.

The CSUF Alumni Association represents the university’s more than 143,000 graduates, with a mission of encouraging alumni pride in association with the university, developing alumni interest and involvement, and promoting personal advocacy and long-term support for and investment in CSUF, its people and its programs.
