Windows are in and siding is going up on the 42 homes being constructed at University Heights. The development is the second such effort of the CSUF Housing Authority and features three-level homes ranging in size from 1,755- to 2,136-square-feet. When completed, the site will also be home to a new 13,000-square-foot Elks Club Lodge as part of the agreement made with club officials.
