Nancy Snow Attends National Workshop on “Teaching About Terrorism”

Nancy Snow, associate professor of communications and an expert on propaganda, will be attending the Summer Workshop on Teaching About Terrorism, sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security. This program, scheduled for June 17-23 at Morehouse College in Atlanta, will feature programs on the history of terror, responding to terrorism in terms of emergency response and preparedness, research methods, and the group will spend a day at the Centers for Disease Control.
“I hope to find out about good opportunities and learn teaching tips to enhance my graduate course in media, propaganda and terrorism,” Snow said.
