6 Booths in 7 Weeks

6 Booths in 7 Weeks is a unique presentation of a wide range of videos by over 40 artists. Each week's selection of videos was chosen by a different curator and can be watched in six private viewing booths installed in the gallery space. Each booth is large enough to seat two people but a small Plexiglas window inserted into the rear wall allows other gallery visitors to watch from the outside.

WEEK 1 beginning April 5: VJ Johnny D. presents: Top of the POPS
curated by: John D. Spiak, Arizona State University Art Museum, Tempe, Arizona, featuring Sloane McFarland, Jennifer Reeder, Pipilotti Rist, Paul Rooney, Guy Richards Smit and Kerry Tribe.

WEEK 2 beginning April 12: Rat Powered Films presents LOVE LOOP,
curated by Amy Caterina-Barrett and Bob Pece of Rat Powered Films, featuring Wendy Wilkins, Lori Rogers, Doug Frisby, Tony Mendoza, Christina Ponce, Antonio de Los Reyes, Gerit Vanenberg, and Mary Allan, Jack Sekowski, Suzie Silver, Jay Barba and Brian Farrelly.

WEEK 3 beginning April 19: Orange County Hot Ads curated by Jon Gothold, Partner and Executive Creative Director at DGWB, Santa Ana, featuring work from FCB, Y&R, DGWB, FCB, O'Leary and Partners, Marshall Advertising and Design, Truth and Advertising, and many more.

WEEK 4 beginning April 26: Grand Central Art Center Artists-in-Residence, featuring Adam Chapman, USA, Federico D Orazio, Italy; Robert Pettena, Italy; Freeman Lau, China; Elizabeth Turk & Kirara Kawauchi, USA & Japan.

WEEK 5 beginning May 3: Special Opening Reception—Southern Californian Filmmakers featuring Bob Pece, Amy Caterina-Barrett, Eric Stefani, Richard Ankrom, Marc Daybell and Greg Gibbs.

WEEK 6 beginning May 10: Montevideo Time Based Arts - Couples: a Contemporary View on Relationships featuring J Wood & P. Harrison, Bart Dijkman, Anders Thoren, Mark Bain, Pieter Baan Muller, Robert Arnold and Peter Stel.

WEEK 7 beginning May 17: RAT POWERED ARTISTS curated by Amy Caterina-Barrett and Bob Pece of Rat Powered Films featuring Betsy Lohrer Hall, Lauren Gabriele, Eduardo Villacis, Richard Mansfield, Matt Frantz, Robert Arieas, Helen Wang, Diana Editha Postik, Dermott Petty and Eileen Cowin.
