9 a.m.—registration
10 a.m.—putting contest
11 a.m.—shotgun start
Lunch on the course
4:30 p.m.—silent auction and cocktails
5:30 p.m.— dinner, live auction and tournament awards |

Beneficiaries: |
Proceeds from the tournament will fund scholarships
awarded by the Alumni Association to students in various areas
of the university, including all eight colleges, athletics and
Guardian Scholars, which provides comprehensive support to ambitious
young college-bound students exiting the foster care system. |

Additional: |
The tournament will be a scramble format. In
addition, the event will include team and individual contests,
such as longest drive and closest to the pin. |

Cost: |
$5,000 classic sponsor, $2,000 corporate sponsor,
$1,000 foursome, $250 individual, $25 add-on Golf Mania Package,
$100 tee sign sponsor, $35 dinner only. |

Background: |
CLE is a self-governing university support group
of more than 700 retired and semiretired individuals dedicated
to the pursuit of lifelong learning. |
