Five Titan Alumni Share Their Thoughts On Making It Big on the Great White Way

The Producers

It’s the signature piece in the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical “The Producers,” and for more than six years, Eric Gunhus sang it to thousands of theater-goers from the St. James Theatre stage. Dressed in a crisp Nazi storm trooper uniform and descending a grand staircase, Gunhus delivers “Springtime For Hitler” in a hilarious and misguided salute to der Fuhrer.

Before “The Producers” closed earlier this year, five Titan alumni — including Gunhus — were performing in Broadway shows: Mara Davi in “A Chorus Line,” (now in "The Drowsy Chaperone") Linda Griffin in “A Drowsy Chaperone,” Noah Rivera in “Wicked” and Ryan Sander in “Mamma Mia.”

In conversations conducted in New York and by telephone, all shared their thoughts on making their Broadway debuts, their college influences and advice for their Titan successors.
