NEW VICE PRESIDENT AT TOSHIBA


Toshiba American Electronic Components Inc. of Irvine has promoted Scott Nelson to vice president of marketing for the company’s memory business unit. Nelson has been with the company since 1986. Nelson holds a bachelor’s in business and operations management from Cal State Fullerton and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He has written articles on memory products, trends and technologies in industry publications.


NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR AT HASS AVOCADO BOARD


Jose Luis Obregón was promoted to managing director of Irvine-based Hass Avocado Board. He will continue to oversee the board’s information technology and marketing programs.


Obregón joined the organization in 2005 after two years as deputy director of the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas, an Arizona-based trade association representing Mexican fresh fruit and vegetable imports

into the U.S.


SULLIVAN CURTIS MONROE OPENS NEW OFFICE


Skip Jette, a senior vice president at Irvine based Sullivan Curtis Monroe Insurance Services LLC, will manage the firm’s newly opened office in Corona.


NEW DIRECTOR AT CENTER FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH


Ryan D. Seay is the new director of mind-body medicine and behavioral health services at the Center for Optimal Health in Irvine. The center specializes in diabetes and cardiovascular disease prevention, weight management, menopause/hormone replacement therapy and endocrine disorders.


KEYSTONE PACIFIC PROMOTES MANAGER


Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine promoted Anna Javier from senior community association manager to group coordinator. She has been with the company since 2005. In this new position, Javier will serve as a mentor to a group of five team members, where she will provide counsel for their everyday tasks by supervising document submissions, coordinating schedules, conducting monthly meetings and overseeing production of community newsletters. In addition, she will continue to manage a portfolio of properties throughout Orange County. .
