Names and Faces
Florence Crittenton Home and Services recently announced several new employees.
Sally Winn joins the staff as operations coordinator, overseeing the direct care staff as well as human resources and facilities. She has advocated for women and children since 1996, most recently as the vice president of a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit, and is a frequent lecturer and lobbyist.
Shannon Martin joins Florence Crittenton as a program coordinator/ case manager. She was most recently a case manager at Elkhorn Treatment Center, and has worked as a youth employment specialist with at-risk juveniles and also worked in a school-based program for emotionally disturbed youth.
Kellie McBride joins the staff as development officer. A Helena native, she brings 15 years of experience with non-profits, governmental agencies and community groups. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from California State University Fullerton and worked for several agencies in that state before returning to Helena in 2006.
Kirsten Sedlak joins the staff as a case manager/therapist. Her counseling experience has focused on rural schools, women and children experiencing domestic violence and private practice.
Nick Enblom has joined Morrison-Maierle’s Airports Division as an engineer intern, working on airport construction projects and assisting with the CAD design for a number of airport projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota.
William W. Wiegand of Morrison-Maierle recently passed the Principals and Practice of Engineering Exam and is now a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Montana. Wiegand is an engineer in the firm’s Municipal Division and has been with Morrison-Maierle since 2002. He is the vice president of the Western Branch Montana Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Lisa Hall has been promoted by Aflac to state sales coordinator for the company’s Montana/ Wyoming operation. She has been with Aflac since 1999, as an associate, district sales coordinator and regional sales coordinator.
Aimee Shandy has joined the staff of Personnel Plus! Consulting Services and Western Staff Services of Helena as the new executive assistant. She brings more than nine years of experience in customer service, at ATM Express in Billings and most recently at Student Assistance Foundation in Helena.
Recognition
Trinity and Paige Vandenacre earned a $40,000 bonus from Reliv International by placing No.6 in the company’s Mega-Bonus sales promotion. Reliv is a network marketing company that makes soy-based nutritional supplements.
Kristy Felde earned the “Mover & Shaker Sales Award” for reaching between $35,000 and $49,000 in sales for Tastefully Simple at the direct selling company’s national conference in Minneapolis.
