New Challenges Await Cal High Alumni
Post by Coach Ulises.

Several Cal High Alumni prepare to face new challenges come this fall. The coaching staff is particularly proud of Louie Audelo as he earned a scholarship to continue his education and wrestling career at Anderson University in South Carolina (Div. II). Louie has three state medals as he placed at the High School (1) and CA JC State Championships (2). He was also part of the coaching staff at Cal High during this past year. We wish Louie well in the upcoming season and look forward to him rejoining our coaching staff with his added wrestling experience. You can read more about Anderson University by going to our links section.

Cal High will have four additional alumni compete at the Junior College level this upcoming season. Scire Dompe and Travis Abeyta will wrestle for Rio Hondo College and Brandon Dompe and Josh Audelo will compete for Cerritos College.

I am equally proud of our recent graduates that will attend four-year universities this fall. Anthony Castro will be attending UC Berkeley; Nik Noriega will be a student at Whittier College; and Roy Ramirez will be a freshman at Cal State Fullerton.
