Hunt gets LifeHouse Scholarship Award
LifeHouse Theater presented its 2007 Scholarship Award to Redlands East Valley High School senior Adam Hunt.
“We are pleased and proud to present our scholarship award to this accomplished young man,” said Wayne Scott, Founder and President of LifeHouse Theater.
“Adam's numerous stage credits around the Inland Empire point to a bright future in the theatrical arts.” Hunt has already secured acting employment with Disney while preparing to major in theater at Cal State Fullerton this fall.
The LifeHouse Theater Scholarship Award was first presented last year to Colton High School graduate Joshua Lomeli.
Lomeli was subsequently admitted to the highly competitive and prestigious UC Berkeley theater program. He was recently awarded a full college scholarship by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The $1,000 LifeHouse Theater Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors or college underclassmen who demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in the arts and who have also shown that he or she embrace the values and mission of LifeHouse Theater.
Applicants for the award must have participated in at least one LifeHouse Theater production.
