Cal State-Fullerton Titans (38-23)
Cal State-Fullerton is making its 15th appearance in the CWS and gunning for its fifth national title.
Coach George Horton, who guided the Titans to the 2004 national championship, has a team that boasts 10 Major League Draft picks. Clark Hardman (.391) leads an offense hitting just .280. They might not pile up hits and runs, but Fullerton does enough for a solid pitching staff led by solid starters Jeff Kaplan (11-3) and Wes Roemer (11-6).
