CITY MANAGER HONORED
DURING CEREMONY

The Irvine Valley College Foundation recognized Irvine City Manager Sean Joyce as its Alumnus of the Year last week during a private ceremony at Irvine law offices of Best Best & Krieger.

After graduating from Irvine High School, Joyce attended Irvine Valley College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Cal State Fullerton, as well as a master’s degree in public administration.

During the ceremony last Wednesday, the college also bestowed honorary degrees to Orange County residents Cecilia Goodman, Wing Lam, and Carol Tagayun.
