Getting a chance to see how research is done was part of the activities scheduled for homeless youth who visited Cal State Fullerton Nov. 17. The youth — ranging in age from 8 to 17 years of age — toured the campus, heard about opportunities in higher education and then experienced research being done in a biochemistry class, took part in an art project and attended an English class. Participants had lunch in the Garden Café of the Titan Student Union and completed the day with activities and a tour of the Fullerton Arboretum. The event was part of Facing Homelessness Nov. 13-17 on campus.
