The April 21 Social Justice Summit featured several social justice-related workshops, including “Higher Education and Challenges for Immigrant (AB 540) Students,” led by graduate student Ricardo Lopez, back to camera, director of the Orange County DREAM Team Coalition. Pointing to the video screen during the presentation is Lourdes Cruz, a human services major who works with other students to advocate for immigrant students.
