During an Army ROTC ceremony last month, Cal State Fullerton commissioned five students — Elliseus J. Busuego, 22, of Ontario, CSUF health science major; Leonard M. Cruz, 24, of Covina, CSUF computer science major; Remy D. Garner, 25, of Carson, CSUF radio/TV/film major; Tuong Quan N. Vu, 23, of Garden Grove, UC Irvine history major; and Rupali R. Tilve, 27, of Anaheim, CSUF biochemistry major — as second lieutenants in the army. The new officers also completed their academic degrees last month.
