Members of the singing troupe Celebration USA perform as part of the Constitution Day festivities held off-campus at Kelly Stadium in Orange. The event, sponsored by the university’s Fullerton International Resources for Students and Teachers and the Orange County Department of Education, featured learning stations where area students could see presentations on the preamble, seven articles of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
