Since its inception in 1946, more than 273,000 participants have been chosen to observe each other’s political, economic and cultural institutions. Of these, 45,400 have been overseas academics and professionals who have traveled to the United States to conduct research or to teach as visiting scholars. More than 43,000 U.S. faculty members and professionals have engaged in similar activities abroad.

Cal State Fullerton faculty members have been well represented in this elite class of scholars and leaders. We hope you enjoy reading about this year’s representatives, including a visiting scholar from Bangladesh, an alumna and three faculty members.
