Debating Gay Marriage

More than 650 campus and community members packed Portola Pavilion Oct. 27 to hear a town hall discussion on same-sex marriage. The program featured, from left inset, Ronni Sanio, director of UCLA’s Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Campus Resource Center; Peter Sprigg, senior director of policy studies for the Family Research Council; alumna Rhianne Bergado (B.A. radio-TV-film ’03), a former member of the campus Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Alliance and Association for Intercultural Awareness; and Kenneth Williams, physician and member of the Orange County Board of Education.
