9, before students, faculty and staff members. It will be his
14th such address since his presidency began in 1990. |

During the 2003 University Convocation, Gordon
will look
ahead to the opportunities and challenges of the academic year,
and also recognize the achievements of individual campus members.
He will provide an update on budget and enrollment matters,
as well as university planning
activities. The universityπs Jazz Ensemble I, under the
direction of Charles Tumlinson, associate professor of music,
will perform at the event. |
