Managing Debt and Capital Requirements Subject of Family Business Workshop

What: Family business leaders can learn the ins and outs of financing and the world of acquisitions in this presentation on “Managing Debt and Capital Requirements to Build Your Family Business” presented Tuesday, Sept. 16, by Cal State Fullerton’s Family Business Council.
   
Who: Presenter is Mindy J. Kaplan, president of Capital Resources & Consulting Inc. Kaplan has more than 20 years experience assisting companies with financing placements for expansion, acquisition, restructuring and liquidity.
   
When: 7:30-11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16
   
Where: Mr. Stox Restaurant, 1105 E. Katella, Anaheim
   
Additional: The Family Business Council, established in 1994 within the CSUF College of Business and Economics, is a partnership between the business community and Cal State Fullerton. Its mission is to enhance the well-being and survivability of Southern California family businesses by providing opportunities for education, interaction and information tailored to the needs and concerns of family businesses.
