Greek Week March 8-14

CSUF Fraternities, Sororities Support Titan Youth Summer Camp

What:
Cal State Fullerton’s Greek organizations will hold activities to foster camaraderie and raise money for Camp Titan, a summer camp for Orange County underprivileged youth. Fraternity and sorority chapters last year raised $58,000 during Greek Week. Events include Chalk Mural Day, Greek Olympic-style games and an awards ceremony.

Who:
More than 800 students in all 11 chapters of the Interfraternity and Panhellenic councils are expected to participate in seven days of fun, games and competition.

When:
Tuesday, March 8, through Monday, March 14 (activity schedule below)

Tuesday, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9
11 a.m.-2 p.m. Coin Collection on Titan Walk (walkway between Titan Student Union and Quad)

Tuesday, March 8
6-8 p.m. “Hypno-Larious,” a Vegas-style comedy hypnosis show with audience participation at Becker Amphitheater

Wednesday, March 9
11:30 a.m. - noon Can Castle Contest, with students creating castles using cans, on Titan Walk
12:30-1 p.m. Chalk Mural drawing competition on Titan Walk

Thursday, March 10
3-10 p.m. Basketball games in Titan Gym and volleyball games in Student Recreation Center

Friday, March 11
Noon-5 p.m. Greek Day 2K11 relay races on athletic fields

Saturday, March 12
10:45 a.m. Flag Football First Game, Sigma Nu vs. Phi Sigma Kappa on athletics fields

Sunday, March 13
10 a.m. Lip Sync competition at Becker Amphitheater

Monday, March 14
7 p.m. Greek Awards Ceremony in Titan Student Union’s Portola Pavilion
