Children’s Book Author Lecture March 7

Celebrating 10th Anniversary of Donoghue Children’s Literature Center

What:
In honor of the 10th anniversary of the Mildred Donoghue Children’s Literature Center, Cal State Fullerton’s Pollak Library presents a March 7 lecture by children’s book author and illustrator Deborah Nourse Lattimore.

Who:

Deborah Nourse Lattimore is the author and/or illustrator of 15 children’s books, including “I Wonder What’s Under There: A Brief History of Underwear,” “CinderHazel: The Cinderella of Halloween,” “Medusa,” and “Arabian Nights: 3 Stories.” Lattimore, who teaches at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles and at UCLA, will provide insider information on how to write and illustrate children’s books, as well as inventive and exciting ways to use picture books in the classroom or library.
