Key executive compensation issues of interest to CEOs, directors and other executives will be discussed Thursday, Oct. 6, at the second annual Executive Compensation Conference sponsored by Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics and the Forum for Corporate Directors.
Who:
Carol Bowie, executive director of MSCI Inc. and head of compensation policy development at ISS — a subsidiary of MSCI Inc. that provides corporate governance solutions — is the keynote speaker discussing “An Investor Perspective on Proxy Season.”
A panel discussion will include Sean C. Feller, partner of the Los Angeles Office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP; Don Nemerov, executive director, compensations and benefits practice, Grant Thornton LLP; and Michael P. Reznick, partner, Frederic W. Cook & Co.
