Survey:
“Alcohol is not a necessary or even common part of the college experience at Cal State Fullerton,” said Lea Jarnagin, dean of students and chair of the Alcohol and Other Drug Advisory Committee, which supports campuswide efforts to prevent alcohol-related problems. “In fact, 72 percent of CSUF students drink moderately or not at all, according to a recent student survey. Students who drink excessively are among the minority and feel the negative effects of their drinking in their academic, social and family life. We look forward to the campus community participating in these events and creating a healthier environment for our university.”
