Consultant Matt Payne will discuss “Increasing Revenues in Depressed Times Without Increasing Costs” at the Nov. 10 Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Family Business Council workshop at Cal State Fullerton. Payne will discuss sales as the engine that drives a company’s sustainability and will outline tactical skills to tackle the more prevalent frustrations facing family businesses.
