Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics and the Forum for Corporate Directors are hosting an Oct. 12 half-day conference on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The 2,300-page bill was signed into law in July and has been characterized as the most expansive reform of the financial services industry in decades. The law gives company shareholders a voice in determining CEO compensation packages.
