What: CEOs from various family businesses will discuss what they have learned as company leaders during a Tuesday, Sept. 14, Cal State Fullerton Family Business Council program.
Who: Rick Muth of Orco Block Co., Ron Hill of Hills Bros. Chemicals, Cathy Monson of States Logistics Services Inc., Rick Fraser of Don Jose Restaurants and Michael Dugan of Western Overseas Corp. will share their experiences. Glenn Ayres of Doud Hausner & Associates, a family enterprises consulting agency, will facilitate the discussion.

Background: The Family Business Council is a partnership between the business community and university. Its mission is to enhance the well-being and survivability of family businesses by providing opportunities for education, interaction and information tailored to business needs and concerns.
