Rebecca Shambaugh, businesswoman and author of “It’s Not a Glass Ceiling, It’s a Sticky Floor” (McGraw-Hill, 2007), will discuss how women can tap their resilience to move up in the business world, during a Tuesday, Dec. 7, program hosted by Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics and sponsored by Wells Fargo. It is part of the Mihaylo Distinguished Speaker Series.
