Cal State Fullerton Business College Tournament Supports Scholarships
What:
Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics hosts its annual Dean’s Summer Classic Golf Tournament Monday, June 8, to raise funds for student scholarships and classroom technology.
Sponsors:
Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC; Metropolitan West Capital Management, LLC; PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Wood Gutmann & Bogart Insurance Brokers.
When:
Monday, June 8
8:30 a.m. — registration/driving range
9 a.m. — putting contest
11 a.m. — shotgun start/scramble format
5 p.m. — dinner/raffle/awards/auction
Where:
Dove Canyon Country Club 22682 Golf Club Dr., Dove Canyon, Calif., 92679
Cost:
$350 for individual golfers and $1,300 for foursomes; sponsorships also available.
Why:
“In these troubled economic times, the student scholarship fund is suffering. We are hoping that those in our business community will be able to add this scholarship fundraiser into their philanthropic/marketing budget,” said Anil Puri, dean of CSUF’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.
