Cal State Fullerton is hosting a free public workshop, “Fibromyalgia: What You Eat Matters!” The workshop will focus on how a healthy diet can help those suffering from fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition.

Nutritionists, medical doctors and health experts will discuss how healthy and unhealthy foods affect the body, the connection between what you eat and how you feel, and the role of functional medicine and foods in helping to improve overall health.
