Nearly 50 business leaders will be sharing their experiences and expertise with university students as part of Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics annual “Professor for a Day.”
Wednesday, Nov. 4, and Thursday, Nov. 5 (schedule available on request)
Most classes are being held in Steven G. Mihaylo Hall, Cal State Fullerton, 800 N. State College Blvd., Fullerton, 92831
Among the guest professors are:
State Sen. Lou Correa (B.A. ’80), 34th district (D-Santa Ana).
This year, the college is introducing an “Insider’s Perspective” session, an open student forum with Correa and Cruz. The program is at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5., in the Scott O’Brien Innovation Center, Room 3230 of Mihaylo Hall.
Bill Gregg (B.A. ’80), president and chief executive officer, SDC Technologies, and Scott Coler (B.A. ’85), president, Southern California Division, Capital Pacific Homes.
“One of the greatest values we provide to our students is membership in the Mihaylo Business Network, the largest and most important network of business professionals in our region made up of our alumni and business partners,” said Thomas Boyd, associate dean of the college. “‘Professor for a Day’ allows us to bring network professionals into the classroom to share their experiences and expose students to some of the most accomplished members of the network, of which they will soon become members. We are grateful to our distinguished alumni for providing this unique opportunity to our students.”
