'Professors for a Day' at Cal State Fullerton Nov. 12-13
What:
What would cause more than 90 business leaders to take the helm of a college classroom? It’s the chance to share their expertise with future business executives as part of Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics annual “Professors for a Day.”
When:
Wednesday, Nov. 12, and Thursday, Nov. 13 (schedule available on request)
Where:
Most classes are being held in Steven G. Mihaylo Hall.
Who:
Among the participants are John G. Cruz (B.A. ’75), appointments secretary for Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, college namesake Steven G. Mihaylo (B.A. ’69) and his brother Andrew Mihaylo (B.A. ’73), president, Christane Co. Inc., Laguna Niguel.

“Every year our college proudly invites a select group of distinguished alumni and business friends to visit campus as guest professors in classes throughout the college,” said Mark Hoven Stohs, associate dean. “Our guests share their thoughts and strategies about their own education and careers with our students, so that they may learn how to follow in the guest professors’ footsteps. With this event, we take one big step toward our college’s objective to ensure that our students balance theory and practice.”
