Du Tử Lê
Vietnamese poet Du Tử Lê will deliver a free, public presentation about poetry and recite from his work in English.

Born Lê Cự Phách, he started writing under numerous pen names when he was 11. His first published work appeared in 1953 in Mang Non, a magazine for teen writers in Hanoi. In 1957, he chose and stuck with Du Tử Lê. In 2003, Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Oral and Public History produced a video featuring his poems, as well as his devotion to Vietnamese literature and poetry. He has served as the featured speaker at universities worldwide.
