'Kid Healthy Day' Is Saturday
OCTA Donates 1,000 Bus Passes for Free Rides to Cal State Fullerton Event

What: Hundreds of youngsters will cardio kickbox, dance, bounce and jump their way to a healthier lifestyle, thanks to 1,000 bus passes OCTA has donated for children and their families to attend Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Kid Healthy Challenge on a day the state Legislature has proclaimed “Kid Healthy Day.”
When:

Saturday, April 28
11 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Where:

Cal State Fullerton athletics fields
800 N. State College Blvd., Fullerton

Free: Both admission and parking are free.
More: Healthy eating and physical activity will be promoted through games, sports and music. Health screenings and educational materials about fitness and nutrition will be provided, along with free backpacks, pedometers and “ActivePlay” cards for children, plus tote bags for parents.
