Leadership Seminar on Integrity Nov. 7 at Cal State Fullerton

What: The importance of trust and credibility in business and how businesses remain competitive by operating with integrity, will be explored during a Nov. 7 leadership seminar for students hosted by Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance and sponsored by Grant Thornton LLP.
Who: Featured speakers are Adrian Gostick and Dana Telford, authors of “The Integrity Advantage: How Taking the High Road Creates a Competitive Advantage in Business.”
When:

Tuesday, Nov. 7
7:30 a.m. — breakfast
8:30 a.m. — presentation

Where: Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Student Union, 800 N. State College Blvd., Fullerton
Why: “The purpose of the Grant Thornton seminars is to encourage talented students to major in accounting,” said Vivek Mande, director of the Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance. “This is a good opportunity for students, our faculty and others to hear from two world-renowned speakers on ethics.”
Additional: The Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance was established in 2003 within the CSUF College of Business and Economics to disseminate information on current financial reporting issues and interpretations of financial rules. Grant Thornton LLP is the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International.
