Journey to Finance Greatness Is Subject
of Family Business Workshop

What: Louis Barajas, author of "The Latino Journey to Financial Greatness," will share his experiences at a March 14 dinner workshop sponsored by Cal State Fullerton's Family Business Council.
Who: Born in East Los Angeles to Mexican immigrant parents, Barajas joined the family business in his teens. He graduated from UCLA and Claremont Graduate School and began his own wealth and business planning firm in 1991.
When: 4:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 14
Where: Ayres Hotel and Suites, 325 S. Bristol St., Costa Mesa
Additional: The Family Business Council, part of the CSUF College of Business and Economics, is a partnership between the business community and the university. Its mission is to enhance the well-being and survivability of family businesses by providing opportunities for education, interaction and information tailored to the needs and concerns of business. In addition to monthly workshops, the center offers several peer-group affinity discussion meetings and is involved in the university course, "Family Business Dynamics."
