Author Norman Finkelstein to Speak at Cal State Fullerton
Finkelstein will discuss “Israel and Palestine: Roots of Conflict and Prospects Peace.”

The Middle East Student Society at Cal State Fullerton is sponsoring a presentation Monday, May 9, by Norman Finkelstein, author of “The Holocaust Industry: Reflections on the Exploitation of Jewish Suffering” and “Image and Reality of the Israel-Palestine Conflict.”

Finkelstein will discuss “Israel and Palestine: Roots of Conflict and Prospects Peace.” His 7:30 p.m. lecture in Room 123 of the Humanities-Social Sciences Building is open to the public free of charge.

Finkelstein currently teaches political science at DePaul University. He writes and lectures on matters concerning Zionism, the holocaust and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. He has lectured widely at universities across the United States and Canada, and is frequently quoted in the national media on the Israel-Palestine conflict and topics pertaining to the holocaust.

This presentation is also sponsored by Cal State Fullerton’s Department of Philosophy and the Division of Political Science and Criminal Justice.
