Anil Puri , dean of Cal State Fullerton's
College of Business and Economics and co-director of
the Institute for Economic and Environmental Studies,
will discuss economic conditions and how they will affect
the region's economy. Joining Puri at the podium will
be Stanley Zax , chairman, president
and CEO of Zenith National Insurance, to discuss "Workers'
Compensation Reform in California." |

| Background: |
Puri has served as dean of the College of Business
and Economics since 1999. He is currently executive
vice president of the Western Economic Association International
and a panel member for the National Association of Business
Economists' Survey of Economic Conditions. He has provided
annual economic forecasts for 11 years and led a number
of studies related to business in the Southern California
region. |
