Green Scene Plant and Garden Show April 16-17
It is time to become green again!
The Fullerton Arboretum's 37th annual Green Scene Plant and Garden Show takes place April 16-17. This year’s event will feature not only exhibitors, classes and speakers but also special celebrations focusing on Earth and California Native Plant weeks.
More than 100 exhibitors will be on site offering a huge selection of unique plants varieties ranging from perennials, geraniums, cactus and succulents, to vegetables, garden art and accessories. Also available for purchase will be organically grown fruits and vegetables harvested on Arboretum grounds.
In addition, ‘We CAN Garden,’ a community garden exhibit will showcase container gardens created by local organizations. These will be available for purchase through a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Fullerton Arboretum programs.
The annual garden show, sponsored by Kellogg Garden Products and Knowlwood Restaurants, will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Special early admission for members of the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum is 9-10 a.m. Saturday, April 16.
For more information or to purchases tickets and Friends memberships, go to the Arboretum website.
