Titans Honor a Teammate

Members of the Titan basketball team shout out greetings and encouragement into a television camera to former player Rodney Anderson during a special program taped on campus last week. A crowd of almost 1,500 turned out to honor Anderson during the filming of a segment for the popular television
show “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” Anderson, who is completing a bachelor’s degree in human services, was shot and paralyzed in 2000 while visiting his family in South Central Los Angeles.
